Vancouver is full of wonderful, scenic outdoor opportunities for a workout. This particular experience will begin with us picking you up at your accommodations in Vancouver and making our way out to Vancouver’s long stretch of beachfront where we will begin a brisk 2.5km walk to our stair workout destination. 45 minutes of sets of 1000 stairs up and down to beautiful beachfront will get your blood pumping for a great start to your day. Afterwards we will make the 2.5km walk back to our starting point, where You will be then dropped back off at your accommodations. During this experience you will not only burn a ton of calories, have a cardio workout done with by early morning, but also see some of Vancouver's most beautiful nature and beach front. This is a vigorous workout and is meant for people who are looking for a challenging workout during their visit to Vancouver!
