Gift Voucher (E-Voucher / Gift Card / Gift Certificate) - a WOWnGO voucher with a dollar value that can be used as currency to purchase from WOWnGO website. Gift Voucher may have recommendations for WOWnGO products that will be shown first on the vaucher activation activation. Gift Voucher dollar value never expires.
Booking confirmation - an email that confirms the booking for specific experience and provides all the necessary details including date/time of appointment.
WOWnGO Account Credits - these are credits applied to WOWnGO customer accounts which carry a dollar value that can be used to purchase from a WOWnGO website.
Can I add another person to my booking?
Sure, you are able to select how many people will attend the experience during your booking.
Can I choose experience other than those listed in the Gift Voucher?
Absolutely, you have full control over the dollar value. When you activate your vaucher you can choose any product from our listing. You can surcharge or even book several less expensive experiences.
Can I exchange one experience to another?
Yes. Even if you have a voucher with a recommended experience you can book any other experience or activity you want. Please, note that once you will get confirmation of the booking this will be a subject to experience provider return policy. Most of the time it is 24 hours free cancellation/reschedule before the appointment time.
Why can I not make a reservation for my selected date?
Bookings are the subject to availability, so we recommend booking your experience a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance.
What can I do if the experience provider has cancelled my booking?
Unfortunately - due to no fault of WOWnGO - this can happen from time to time. If it’s possible for you to do the activity on another time/day, we recommend arranging this directly with the activity organizer.

Upon activation of the voucher or use of the WOWnGO Account Credit customers can choose any product available on www.wowngo.ca website at the time of booking for the actual price. For up-to-date experiences and prices refer to www.wowngo.ca website only.
All WOWnGO experiences can be removed from our website at any time without notice.
In the event that an experience is removed from the site and the experience provider is no longer honouring bookings or an experience is otherwise no longer available, you will be offered a choice of remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights such as a WOWnGO Account Credit for the value of the voucher.
WOWnGO Gift Voucher and WOWnGO Account Credit does not have an expiry. WOWnGO customers can use Voucher and Account Credit during the lifetime to book experiences at any convenient time.
When you purchase an experienced Voucher and/or book the appointments and tick the box that says 'I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions', you become legally bound by these terms and conditions and the WOWnGO privacy policy. Please do not proceed to purchase/use your WOWnGO Gift until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
When you make a purchase on behalf of another individual (such as purchasing an experience or gift card for them) and you provide us with their personal information, you warrant that you are authorised to provide us with that personal information and that we are able to use that personal information for the purposes as set out in our privacy policy. This would include, for example, using their email address to undertake delivery of the purchase.

Gift Voucher Delivery via Email
WOWnGO is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a Gift Voucher via email being blocked by email filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. If the recipient does not receive the email Gift Voucher, please contact us immediately to send vouchers to an alternative email address. Alternatively, we can change the delivery method which would incur the normal delivery fee of that service.
WOWnGO Gift Box delivery
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct physical address to deliver with post or courier. WOWnGO cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address and, if relevant, appropriate delivery instructions) have been provided.
WOWnGO will send you a receipt after each transaction to the email address. If the purchaser does not receive the email receipt of purchase, please contact us immediately to send receipt to an alternative email address.
In order to process your payment we use Stripe, a third party payment processor, which complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
In connection with the processing of such payments, we do NOT retain any Financial data such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
All experiences are offered by experience providers subject to availability. Bookings are recommended to be made at least 3 weeks in advance. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance. Bookings are not finalised until you have received the email entitled "Confirmation of your booking". We suggest that if you plan to purchase a voucher for a date listed at short notice, you contact us to ensure there is still availability before completing the transaction.
All WOWnGO experiences are subject to removal from our website at any time without notice.
When you receive a refund, the refund will be processed back to the purchaser only (we are unable to provide a refund to the recipient of an WOWnGO voucher) for the original amount paid excluding any delivery and transaction fees.
WOWnGO accepts no liability for the removal of experiences from the website.
Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the experience provider.
In most cases you'll receive a full refund minus transaction fees if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance for most experiences.
Our experience providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow. In the case of short notice cancellations by you, you may lose your voucher completely if the experience provider is unable to fill your space on the day. If an experience provider needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be offered to reschedule to a convenient alternative date.
Occasionally our experience providers may make a change to an experience after your booking, including but not limited to the date, price, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and/or any other experience features and/or requirements. As a result, WOWnGO reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any Experience that you have booked, at any time, for any reason.
If you are dissatisfied with the alternative that is offered, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price to your WOWnGO account balance. Booking cancellation page.
The purchaser or recipient of an WOWnGO voucher can make a booking, for any experience on the WOWnGO website. The experience presented on the voucher is only a suggestion from the purchaser of the voucher. The voucher holder is not limited to the experience displayed on the voucher.
Conditions of exchange:
The nature of some of the services that are listed on WOWnGO website are dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any experience you should be aware of the risks involved. Responsibility rests with you to make independent enquiries with the provider of the experience as to the need for you or the participant to acquire your own insurance cover. Experience providers warrant that they maintain appropriate public liability insurance for all risks associated with its business and service provisions.
We advise you to check the terms of any such insurance that the activity suppliers may provide.
Certain experiences provided by experience providers are subject to minimum age, weight, health or other restrictions. These restrictions are outlined on the relevant experience information page. Please read this information carefully. It is your responsibility to understand any restrictions prior to confirming your booking. If you are later forced to cancel due to restrictions, you may be liable for charges by the provider of your experience. Please refer to the Cancellations section of these Terms and Conditions.
The descriptions on WOWnGO website are as accurate as we can make them, however there may be some variations. Photographs, illustrations and details, such as the particular equipment, vehicle or route followed may be subject to change and are used as an indication only.
The stated total duration is an indication of the time you are likely to spend at the venue and may slightly differ for each participant.
WOWnGO makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided to you by the Experience Provider.
We commit to providing you with relevant and timely support at any time you have any question about our service. If you encounter any problems or have any complaints with the gifts please contact us.
In case of a problem with an on the day of your experience, please speak to the experience provider immediately, so they have the opportunity to resolve any problems there and then. Failure to highlight issues on the day of the activity may jeopardise investigations and result in an unsatisfactory outcome.
If your complaint is not resolved on the day, you must write to us within one week (7 days), providing us with your booking reference, the name and surname of the activity supplier’s representative who you highlighted the complaint to on the day and full details of your complaint
If either of us fails to comply with these terms and conditions, neither of us shall be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the failure to comply with these terms and conditions at the time we entered into this contract with one another.

Many experiences are weather dependent. You will have the Experience Provider's details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed experience. We suggest you call on the morning of your experience if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking, you will be offered alternative times to reschedule at no cost to you. In the event of multiple cancellations for adverse weather or if the Experience Provider cannot reschedule within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a remedy.
