During the booking process, the customer can select their preferred date, time, and departure location in Vancouver or Sun Peaks. One day prior to the trip, our driver will call or text a reconfirmation of the pick-up time, location, and any travel advisories such as weather conditions or road delays. Along the way, the driver makes a scheduled rest stop for refreshments and stretching (if the route allows), giving passengers a chance to take a break. The shuttle makes drop-offs at key locations in the Sun Peaks resort area, such as hotels or ski lodges. The driver helps unload luggage and equipment for each passenger at their respective stop.
