Prior to your arrival, your driver will send you a text to inform you he has arrived at the airport and is awaiting your arrival. Once you have cleared through immigration and have collected your luggage, proceed to Door A of the terminal and check in at the Pre-Arranged Transportation kiosk. Let them know you have arranged transportation with Out of Town Lincoln and they will call your driver down from the compound. Alternatively, you may return text your driver to inform him you are on your way to Door A. You can expect your driver to arrive at Door A within 5 minutes, at which point your luggage will be stowed in the vehicle and all passengers boarded. Then you're on your way! Return pickup times will have been set by this point, so unless we've already contacted you with your return pickup time, feel free to get that information from your driver. Again, we will contact you shortly before we arrive to pick you up for your return. Return pickup times are generally set for 4.5 hours before your departure time. The airport in most cases would like you to be at the airport 3 hrs before your flight, and it is approximately 1.5 hours drive to the airport. In some cases, we may allow a little extra time due to traffic or weather. And of course, if you prefer an earlier pickup time, please contact us to arrange that.
