Pasta Class: Learn the art and tradition of pasta making from scratch, using imported Italian flours. We will share with you techniques passed down through generations in our family! This interactive experiences teaches you how to form your dough from scratch, knead the dough, roll and form 2 different pasta shapes! Our experts will guide you through every step of the way to ensure that you make perfect pasta!
Lunch/Dinner: After pasta making, sit down at the table to enjoy a beautiful meal including seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes, using the fresh pasta that you made! Olivia will prepare the meal for you while Matthew serves your food and pours specially selected glasses of wine to enjoy with your 3 course meal (appetizers, pasta and dessert).
