Along the way you’ll taste dishes rooted in Gastown’s history: slow-roasted pork carved to order on ciabatta, a dessert bar that grew from a farmers’ market stall into a BC institution, and classic Scotch eggs served in a pub from 1910. Your menu varies depending on your tour time: morning guests enjoy Vancouver’s hand-made donut fried fresh daily since 1979, plus fermented veggie toast on sourdough.
