Heat. Cold. Rest. Repeat until you've forgotten what day it is.
Over 105 minutes, guests move through your Nordic heat-and-cold ritual at their own pace. You'll cycle between the sauna - warming the body deeply - and the cold plunge, held at a bracing 6–7°C, then settle into quiet rest space to let everything come back down. Most guests repeat that cycle several times across the session: heat, cold, rest, again.
Come in the evening and you'll take part in your daily Aufguss, included with entry — a guided sauna ceremony where steam and scent are worked through the room in a slow, deliberate ritual of heat done properly.
Towel service, electrolyte water, and tea are all provided. Nothing to pack, nothing to think about — just arrive in your swimwear and follow the rhythm.
It's the kind of thing your body asks for after a day of wandering Victoria on foot — or the bike tour, or the whale watching. You did the moving. Now do the stillness.
