Upon booking a transport reservation, our team will ensure that we have all the necessary information to complete the service as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Once everything is confirmed, our friendly and professional drivers will pick-up the passenger at the chosen pick-up location. Our drivers are trained to arrived at the pick-up location at least five minutes before requested scheduled departure time. From there, we will be happy to assist the passengers to the car and help with their luggages. The trip will take about an hour and a half from Calgary to Banff. Clients are welcome to ask questions for tips and recommendations to the driver.
