Guests will embark on a magical aurora photography tour. Each night the tour guide will plan a route based on the weather and aurora forecast to ensure maximum chance of catching the spectacular northern lights. The tour begins with all guests picked up from their respective hotels, and a guide will provide detailed information about the surrounding area. Depending on the strength of the Aurora activity, a professional photographer will take multiple photos of each guests, and we do not place a limit on the number of photos taken. Light snacks and beverages are served during the tour. All original digital photos will be shared to all guests via google photo by 12pm on the day after the tour.

Visit a lakeside setting for Aurora viewing and photography. Madeline Lake is a great setting as the location is mostly shieled from other vehicles' headlights pass on the highway.

Visit a lakeside setting for Aurora viewing and photography. Prelude Lake is a great location for Aurora Viewing, since the location is away from highway traffic, and there are vast open ground guests can get close to the water.

Prosperous Lake Territorial Park
Visit a lakeside setting for Aurora viewing and photography. Prosperous Lake is one of the closest location to Yellowknife that allows Aurora Viewing, and a frequent stop for many guests.
Duration: 1 hour
