Step 1: Booking Confirmation Once your booking is completed, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your pickup details, driver contact information, and instructions for arrival at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. Step 2: Arrival at Winnipeg Airport When you land, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver will be waiting inside the terminal holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. This makes it easy to identify your driver even during busy travel periods. Step 3: Luggage Assistance Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle, which will be parked in the designated commercial pickup area. Step 4: Departure from the Airport Once you are comfortably seated, your driver will confirm your destination and begin the direct transfer. All routes are planned to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe journey. Step 5: Direct Transfer to Your Destination Your ride is private and direct — no shared passengers and no additional stops unless requested. The route is chosen based on road conditions and travel time to ensure the best experience. Step 6: Arrival and Drop‑Off Upon arrival in Winkler, Morden, or Steinbach, your driver will drop you off at your exact address or preferred location. Assistance with luggage is provided before completing the service. Step 7: Completion of Service Your driver will confirm that you have everything you need before ending the trip. If you have a return transfer booked, your driver will reconfirm the pickup time.
