Mobile ticketWe pick you up from Vancouver Airport (YVR), your hotel, or any address in Vancouver and take you to your address in Whistler. Enjoy the views along the Sea to Sky Highway in a modern, private vehicle just for your group.
The total price is the same for 1, 2 or 3 passengers with regular luggage. If you bring skis or snowboards, we can take up to 2 passengers. Please tell us about your luggage and ski equipment in advance.
Choose a one-way trip or add a return trip on the same day for 50% more. Book and pay through Viator. For a return trip, pickup must be in the morning, and you must be back in Vancouver or at YVR within 8 hours of your first pickup. This includes driving both ways and your time in Whistler. We will agree on your return pickup time in advance. Next-day returns and rides around Whistler are not included.
We’ll text you the day before your trip to confirm when and where to meet. We’ll also send you the vehicle details, license plate number, and driver’s phone number.

After booking, please provide your pickup address, preferred pickup time, destination in Whistler, and luggage details. For pickups at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), please also provide your flight number and arrival date. We’ll text you the day before your transfer to confirm the pickup time and exact meeting location. We’ll also send you the vehicle details, license plate number, and your driver’s phone number. Your driver will meet you at the confirmed location. You’ll travel privately from Vancouver or YVR to Whistler along the scenic Sea to Sky Highway, with no shared passengers. Travel time depends on your pickup location, traffic, and weather conditions. The one-way service ends with drop-off at your accommodation or agreed destination in Whistler. The same-day round-trip option is available for morning pickups only, with return drop-off in Vancouver or at YVR completed within 8 hours of your initial pickup. This includes both journeys and your time in Whistler. Your return pickup time must be agreed in advance, allowing enough time for the drive back. Overnight stays and next-day returns are not included. Transportation around Whistler during your visit is not included.
