Our SUP Yoga classes take place in Sunfish Cut, a popular lookout point with a spectacular view. Doing SUP Yoga on the Island is a unique and rare experience. We make the most of such a short summer season by offering 17 sessions from June to September. Our hope is that you have a spiritual experience every time you get on the water and that you leave feeling refreshed and ready to start your week.
Please arrive changed and ready to go. There are public washroom facilities on the city side of the ferry terminal, on most ferries, at the entrance to Wards Beach at the corner of Fifth Street and Lakeshore Ave, and at the Island Fire Station.

Stand up paddleboarding has its roots in Hawaii and has only recently been combined with Yoga. This hybrid water activity is a great way to challenge your core by adding more levels of balance and movement as you immerse yourself in nature in the city. SUP Yoga can be whatever you want it to be whether you're looking for quiet meditation or a tough workout with the city backdrop behind you. Go at your own pace and pick variations of poses and movements lead by our wonderful instructors. You don't even need SUP experience. We will give you a quick tutorial before heading out to our destination.
