Duration: 20 minutes
2
Bow Falls
Cruising through the Town of Banff, across the Bow river, next stop is Bow Falls. A major cascading waterfall on the Bow River, just before the junction of Spray River, Bow Falls is set in a big river valley eroded by past glaciers, and is a local landmark.
Duration: 30 minutes

Banff Springs Golf Course
A bicycle ride around the golf course loop begins with an inspired start below the cascading waters of Bow Falls. From here, the route crosses just about every type of mountain scenery. The slopes of Mount Rundle and Tunnel Mountain tower over riders as the road turns and the Bow River suddenly appears.
