The transport service begins instantly upon booking, where the supplier receives flight details from Viator, enters the trip into the YVR GateKeeper commercial system, and begins monitoring the flight for delays, often texting a welcome message to the guest 24 hours prior. On the day of arrival, the driver stages the vehicle in the YVR Commercial Holding Area, waiting for the "wheels down" alert before proceeding to the terminal curb (or parkade for a true meet-and-greet), where they locate the guest in the Arrivals Hall with a name sign, assist with luggage, and load the vehicle at the designated pre-arranged commercial pickup zone. The 2-2.5 hour journey then commences along the scenic, mountain-ready Sea-to-Sky Highway, often including a mandatory safety briefing about the route and an optional, complimentary comfort stop in Squamish for restrooms or groceries. Finally, the driver navigates the Whistler Village access points to provide seamless door-to-door drop-off at the hotel or chalet entrance, helps unload all luggage, including specialized ski gear, and politely requests a favorable review before the service is concluded.
