We offer direct communication with our guests to ensure they are welcomed and accommodated. You can expect a message directly from your driver prior to your shuttle with specific instructions on where to meet the vehicle. All Kelowna Transfers vehicles are well marked and branded, as are your friendly staff. Once contact is made, your driver will collect your bags and equipment, escort you to the shuttle vehicle, stow your baggage and the journey will begin. All shuttles to SilverStar Mountain Resort include a 1 hour stop for grocery or other items. Your driver will take you directly to where you would like to shop. Once shopping is complete, your driver will load your items and begin the journey up the mountain to your accommodation. Your service includes drop off at your front door.
