Step onto Halifax’s famous waterfront boardwalk at your own pace, guided by local storyteller André Piper. From the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 — where nearly a million new Canadians arrived between 1928 and 1971 — to the Maritime Museum’s Titanic relics and the heroic HMCS Sackville, you’ll uncover Nazi gold hidden in wartime warehouses, a Princess Diana scandal that shook the royal press corps, 45 sunken ships beneath the harbour, and a trio of deliberately drunken lampposts. GPS-triggered audio starts automatically as you reach each stop. Download once on Wi-Fi before you arrive, then walk offline. The tour is yours to keep — finish in one go or pick it up any time.
