A gourmet meeting between Quebec and Tunisia, in the intimacy of a Montreal kitchen, in the heart of Old Port.
The experience is hosted by Phil the Flavours, private chef and Quebec culinary content creator, accompanied by a Tunisian sous-chef from Sfax.
In a small group, you discover harissa, tabil, spices, fruits, and different sweet and savory recipes, then you cook together before sitting down to share the prepared brunch.
It’s a way to brunch differently, by adding discoveries, learning, and meetings to your Sunday morning. Come alone to make new acquaintances, or share the experience with friends or your family.
You will leave with the recipes, tips to reproduce at home, and a few surprises.
More than a cooking class, it’s an intimate, participatory, and friendly moment around the table.

Discover Tunisian flavors during an intimate cooking workshop in the heart of Old Montreal. You will start with a tasting of harissa, Tunisian spices, halawa, and Deglet Nour dates, accompanied by drinks. You will then prepare an ojja with merguez, kesra bread, and mini crepes flavored with orange blossom. After the workshop, you will sit down at the table with the group to enjoy the brunch in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Your ticket includes the cooking workshop, tastings, brunch, drinks, digital recipes, and a small surprise gift bag. The activity is open to everyone and can take place in French, in English, or in both languages, depending on the participants. Seats are very limited in order to preserve the intimate nature of the experience. The activity takes place in a private condo in Old Montreal.
